How to Get a Code?

There is an option to get a code after you click "Sign In", you will have to click that option and have to follow that process: so the system will give you a personal code through Patreon that will be associated with your Patreon personal account.

Where is my personal code?

In the moment you pledge on Patreon, it is instantly sent you through email (be sure to check spam folder too, sometimes it could end up there). If you wasn't able to find it, you can request it from the In-Game-Feature when you'll access to patron-only features.

Pledge Results $0

If you've pledged to the game and the game is showing you that you've pledged $0 you have to check that the game has correctly access to the internet, and you have to wait 5 seconds when asked to before going on. If you still get an error and you are a new Patron note that the system takes up from 20 minutes to 2 hours to enable an access. If you're still a patron and the code is not working anymore, check if the game has internet access, close the game, re-open it and repeat the process. When it appears "waiting for request, wait 5 seconds, then click again." After following these steps, if you're still experiencing issues feel free to contact us.

Message: "Pledge not valid to access the requested resource"

To access a specific reward (Cheats \ Gallery) your tier must match the reward. Check the tiers list on this Website or on Patreon to see the rewards list.

What are the maximum characters stats value?

Main Character and all Characters in the game can reach a maximum of 99 points for stats.

How to Report a Bug?

To report a bug, contact us on our page sending us a Private Message through the Patreon message system. In the report tell us these 3 things: What problem happens, what platform (computer\mac\mobile) are you running the game from, what game version are you playing. Note that if you will leave a comment instead, it will be difficult to us to find it because of the too many notices we usually have so we may miss it.

The game is not starting \ extracting

This usually happens when you have a corrupted download file, we suggest you to download the game archive again. if it still happens, you can try downloading it with another browser.

What happens if you use a "casual code?"

If you use a casual code like "11111111" \ "12345678", etc. and our system doesn't recognize you (because many people try to do this every day), and you could get banned from the game automatically and there's nothing we could do to remove the ban.

The Game Crashes ("Read-Only" error - Mainly on MAC)

This error happens because the game has not been extracted from the downloaded archive, and it's working from a temporary folder. You have to extract it in order to play correctly. It means putting it out from the archive.

Black Screens between Locations

Yes, we know that sometime blackscreens happens, this is because of the engine hardcoded transitions. We cannot remove them for the moment but we're looking for a workaround. Sooner or later they will be  removed.

Apple mobile devices support

Unfortunately due to the Apple's iOS compatibility problems, we cannot release an iPhone\iPad version of the game.

There's no audio, is it a problem?

Actually the game doesn't have audio yet. We're working on a way to make a single audio files format compatible for all devices so (until we won't reach that far to avoid the dramatical increasing of the game size) the game will have no audio.

What to do in the game?

If you're stuck in the game you can tap the Question Mark on the bar on the top. If it says that you've reached the end of the main plot, it means that you've already reached the Main Plot content for this version and a new one with new content is going to be released. Make sure to have checked other locations in different times of the day, there are other side events and sidequests too to be found from secondary characters! Why this game engine and not something else like Ren'py?

Because Ren'py is a real pain for HTML5 games\builds. Our game can run smoothly on Android and from Web without problems. Coding stuff for the most.

Why loading times can be slow?

That depends mostly from the CPU of the computer you're playing from. You can play it on all computers, but we can say that from i3 to upper processors performance are not so bad.
